US Player looking to play.

Postby Beaux on Wed Nov 07, 2007 9:41 pm

Hello All...

I'm Beaux. I live in Texas, USA and I'm coming to Antwerp for a work conference on mid December and I want to bring my gear and play some paintball. :)

I play for the Pump team "Pumpenstein", check out our site: http://www.pumpenstein.com. I'm a dedicated pump only player who regularly plays against semi players.

Some questions:
Are there any laws regarding bringing paintball guns into the country?
Will it be too cold to play in December? :)
Are there any places you'd suggest?
Is there anyone who would like to get together and play?

Hi,

There are no special laws to bring your marker into Belgium. This will be the same as for us traveling to the US.
The temp will be around -1 and +5 Celsius, during the winter we play mostly indoor.
This weekend we have a team meeting maybe we could arrange something.

I will let you know.

grtz

Thanks for the info guys.

I arrive in Amsterdam on the morning of the 9th and I leave on Monday the 17th. My best option for play would probably be the 15th or 16th. It sounds awesome to play in the old fort... but I don't know if I could get down there in time.

I'm thinking about changing my travel plans so I can make the day at Strafort.

What are the costs? Entry/Paint? How do I register?

Can someone help me with a ride to there/and back from a hotel in Antwerp? :)

hi, a ride from antwerp won't be a problem, some members of our team live there, maybe you can even stay at their place to save some money...

entrance for the day + a box of paint (2000) is going to be 80€ i believe... playing from 10h untill 17h ...
